How do I easily find any cells that are hard coded vs formula? I have 10,000 rows of data and column F is supposed to be a formula based on columns C and D, without clicking into all 10k cells in column F how can I make sure formulas are there and not accidentally hand keyed over?

Does anyone struggle to visualize and storyboard their content? I’m good at content delivery and analytics but I have a hard time being creative and visualizing and story boarding. If so, what have you done to improve?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
