A high end vacation in San Sebastián and Barcelona staying at 5 star resorts, 3 Michelin star restaurants mixed with local casual dining, bottle service at high end clubs. Went to a few museums to get a dose of culture.
I think I might’ve taken my wife and kids out for pizza? We have a hard time celebrating the present. Lots of planning and thinking about the future, but not enough consciously celebrating the present. Since then there have been many big family trips to various countries, but when equity partner happened it was more of a relief than a celebration.
Same. I honestly didn’t appreciate the milestone once I got it. I think consulting firms, specially for non-conforming leaders makes it harder vs easier.
