Kathy Ruiz strikes again
Kathy who?
The answer is nothing, because it could backfire on you. Also, don’t expect karma to ever catch up with the thief. This is the cold, harsh reality.
move forward and trust that their next employer will figure it out. these are often the people you see jump from job to job. can't deliver and leave before they are figured out. or perhaps they were laid off based on 'performance' issues.
this is also why it's especially important to be able to articulate your responsibility on the work you feature. people can quickly tell how involved you were based on the amount of details and investment you describe.
don't let the bastards get you down. 👏
Had someone who tagged some spots I did put it on their reel and then they applied for a job with my team and showed me my work as theirs. Called them out on it. Told them they had to be very specific as to what they did....
Get sued for what? They represented someone else’s work as theirs?
BTW I am certain the way my life ends is fighting for moral and injustice.
What’s the situation? What did they add to it? What’s their job title?
Tell them it’s common practice to credit all involved.
Let them steal it and smile. Unless you want to get sued.
