Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
Should I take this delay as rejection?
I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

Because the senior team was better at executing your concept, which is why they’re the senior team. Just make sure you get credited too
You’re a creative. Your ideas are yours. Take credit for them
The idea is the most important part. Let them know you understand they needed a senior team, but would have preferred to have been told what was happening. And you expect credit. If nothing else, if you like the spot when it’s done, get a copy from the producer
It really sucks that the CD didn’t see this as a learning opportunity for you. There would’ve been moments where you could’ve had some involvement. Production experience is key to your development, so it’s the agency’s missed opportunity as much as yours. And, if you think the finished product is true to your concept, get that credit!
That’s a bad CD. No other way around it.
@BBDO 1, so you think it’s reasonable to ask for credits? I was not in any of the process except the original idea. I feel bad to take credit .
Sounds like Fcb Chicago
Thanks @BBDO 1, I understand why they gave to a senior team, I just hope they can keep me in the loop somehow, I was completely unaware of the situation the whole time and just found out myself when I was doing a client deck and saw the work. It just made me really sad.
Agree with BBDO, as far as advice to avoid this in the future:
Talk to your CD about it.
It happens. Your stuff probably needed to be developed and you probably couldn’t handle it. Don’t be so precious. Make a stink, get a slash if you want it. But realize what they did and how they evolved it. That’s the real value. I’m not sure why people are responding like you got touched in a bad place. It’s just business. Your CD is immature. I wouldn’t blame the team. And yes, ask your boss about it.
What agency? That’s trash
I was lack of experience and don’t know what to do since my partner quit 2 months ago, and I just know this project are brought back by other team. I feel I couldn’t get any credits since I was not really in any of the process even tho it was originally our idea. Just want advice to avoiding this in the future .
Speak up as others have said. Maybe you’ll get on some of the post work. Learn lots. Even in sound, mix, edit.
Get something out of this as well as credit.
Get credit. Try to be available and offer to help see it through under the guidance of the sr team. Sorry your partner quit but don’t give up. And your CD should of acted better. They can get to the finish line w/o neglecting anyone
This is very unfair and I’m sorry! Ask to sit in on the edit etc, even if it’s just to learn!
Welcome to advertising
So go talk to your CD. Tell him/her your thoughts on it. Their response will speak volumes.
As someone said to me once, that’s like letting the waiter take credit for what the chef did.
Part of the reason we were juniors, and after my partner quits I can’t handle the script without the writer. I wasn’t thinking too much when they asked for the old script and never heard back. So I just thought the ideas didn’t pass through client. And I had no idea they already shoot the spot until now.
They should have included you in the process even they were changing it if it's your idea. It looks like English isn't your first language so maybe that was part of the rewrite? Not sure about your cw. When I see a juniors script that needs help, I work with them to make sure they understand why I'm making the changes I'm making.
