Sorry to hear that. Ask for specific examples on why you were rated a 1 and tell your counselor you want to improve but you will need guidance. Try to find out what you did wrong and take action. Also, ask yourself if you like the job and your coworkers and if you see yourself in the group for a long time. Make friends at your level and find out what their work approach is vs yours. You might think you're doing an OK job but nobody tells you that you suck so then it's not your fault because you didn't know what their expectations were. Also, be honest with your counselor and say how you feel. Ask if they're willing to invest in your development or if you should give up and look for a job that's a better fit.
Assuming you're serious and not just trolling, sign up for an online grammar course or use Rosetta Stone. Also, always write your emails in Word and spell check them before you send anything. I'm foreign too, came here when I was in high school but I was lucky because I spoke fluent English. The language barrier makes it harder for people to communicate with you, so do your best to learn.
