What does shortlisted status mean?

In Mindtree portal they say my profile is shortlisted.

I am holding two offers :
Wells Fargo: 33 lpa
PWC ac Bangalore: 33 lpa
Yoe: 8.3
Which company should i join considering job security, future growth , brand etc.

Exl or citi bank? Which one should I go? Considering package offering is same I have offers from both these organisation

I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

YOE- 14 years 8 months (all relevant)
Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.

Who else got an offer from mindtree can please share YOE, designation and CTC offered so that It can be helpful for others.

I asked mindtree to revise my compensation by informing of the counter offer and surprising they provided me the CTC i requested without asking for proof of counter offer. Is this something skeptical ?
