Uber
I used to do Instacart, and I honestly loved it. This was also around 2019/2020, so I don't know how much it has changed since then, but I feel like I'd do it again once my children are bigger.
+1 for DoorDash. I signed up a month ago and was approved the same day. I don't put in a ton of hours doing it, but it's an easy enough way to bring in a little extra spending money.
I would try doing doordash, uber, lyft, one of those. Alternatively you could look on Upwork and see what kind of freelance work you can find on there that you might be able to do on one of your days off.
One option is Amazon Mechanical Turk. It's a website where you can do small tasks such as categorizing pictures, transcribing audio, or filling out surveys. The payment for each task is typically pretty low, but it's something. It's very flexible, so you can sign in and work at any time.
I tried this before but the tasks are so menial that it’s tiring. I couldn’t do it for long.
