Why is it taking forever to get an offer letter… I got a verbal offer but still waiting for the official letter for 2weeks. Recruiter gives me heads up that it’ll take couple of weeks but still.. i’m so nervous. Should i concern? My mental is about to go crazy haha

Does anyone have an experience that all went well and right before the offer letter, it just get cancelled?

Are there any AGENCY folks at small/mid-size shops that are using CDP's? If so, how are you staffing the team and how are you integrating the CDP with your DSP's etc?

How do you tell your boss you're quitting without burning bridges? Please note we're in busy season for the engagements I've been staffed on, which is what makes me nervous and guilty. TIA

How do you navigate a job offer that is contingent on the firm calling professional references? I don’t want to tell my current firm I’m leaving for this other firm until it’s official…which means I can’t use my current bosses as references. I have been with this firm since I graduated law school (5+ years), so I don’t have other legal references. I had a pre-law career…but that was so long ago. I’m not sure what to do…any suggestions?

I had an interview with DIAGEO last week and the interviewer looked pretty convinced. He told me I will be having my 2nd round next week but havn't got any update since then. Not sure if they didn't select me or the process is slow.. Anyone here having interview experience with the company??

Just completed an interview for strategy manager role (internal strategy). Any comp range insights from those that jumped to an industry internal strategy role?

any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

Any tips on starting a side project to boost my chance of getting hired as a PMM?
