What if I have an overlapping employment of 14 days ? Will I be rejected in TCS background verification ? The company whose employment is overlapping is not on EPFO ( No PF contribution in 2nd company) . My 1st organisation close the PF in late... I exit the company on 16th and on 17th i joined other company but first company apart from closing on 16th, closed on 31st.. Please help me on this Thanks for your time.

Dumb question, I want to send money to my brother and am thinking Zelle to his cell # is the best option as it seems to be free and easy for him to access (vs a visa gift card).

Any potential hangups? I'd rather not tip him off ahead of time if possible as he'd probably be embarrassed to accept it but also don't want it to get lost or for him to not be able to access it for any reason.
