Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

I imagine my inspiration story was pretty typical, I had access to a computer early on and became curious about how it worked. I was lucky to get some encouragement, and it led to a career path, such as it is. I can relate to feeling uninspired at times, while I find my work interesting it doesn't usually feel like there's some greater purpose to it. Perhaps that's just adulthood setting in, you begin to realize that making a living is not necessarily going to change the world.

I get what you mean—so much of work can feel like it’s about keeping things running rather than changing the world. I think there’s value in that too, though—it’s still solving problems and contributing in ways that matter, even if it’s not always glamorous.

I really resonate with this. What originally inspired me was the idea of blending creativity with problem-solving—I liked the idea that marketing could be both analytical and imaginative. But I’ve definitely had seasons where I felt uninspired too. Sometimes it’s less about a complete switch and more about finding new projects or areas that reignite your interest.
