RE Attorneys: When sending title objection letters, how do simplify them for parties on the other side who “just don’t get it”? I try my hardest to explain the purpose of the TOL and that most of the objections will be handled by the title company, but most sellers don’t understand, ignore the TOL, and blow the seller response deadline. Most of the time the only response that is needed is “Yes, Seller agrees to satisfy all B-I requirements and to execute an owners affidavit at closing...”

Has anyone had any experience with Water Street Partners for lateral recruiting? Hey all! My organization is looking to hire an Account Manager/Director/Customer Success person that will be managing junior consulting resources with clients. Should I update my LinkedIn to say Salesforce Admin? I’ve been certified since October, so I have the role in my headline, but I’m thinking it’s time to update it in my work experience. I have been transitioned to work on only Salesforce related items with the company’s Salesforce Admin. When I asked my boss about a title change, however, they said that it’s doable but want to wait until performance reviews so they can couple it with a pay increase. Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?
