Define "better" and then define the scale of the organization and the requirements.
And, then factor in the cost of implementation as well...

Salesforce
I used Hubspot a long time ago (2020). Overall it felt much more intuitive to use and worked pretty well for Marketing. Additionally, they had their version of ‘Flows’ pretty early so no need to learn a bunch of legacy automations like SF process builder and workflows. Was actually trying to work at Hubspot after moving to Boston but ended up going into Salesforce instead.
