And it Begins!

I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

ACN SMs have doubled pay going to KPMG

Equates to 1.5% of your base. Peanuts.
I switched from ACN to KPMG and the base comp range for an equivalent SM is $200k to $350k
If it’s an M7 MBA. If not, it’s not worth much more than the macc.
How does the work or expectations differ between them?
Interested in both. I’m currently aligned with Accenture but have often been told I may better fit at Deloitte or possibly KPMG. I hadn’t researched it in several years, but when I initially explored it just in terms of role, opportunities saw that at lower career levels, they were differences in which career level I would most likely map to. That said in terms of my interest in making a change, it would be if they’re truly is a difference and how the companies operate, approach/value expertise and delivery, and overall corporate culture. I want to find an orc where I can really continue to learn and grow from interacting with those around me, and that not only helps other companies to achieve good results, but uses solid internal business practices as well. I’d honestly rather go down a level and feel like I’m better applying knowledge and I’m surrounded by people to learn from then transferring for money or a title
Depends on which practice you sit and what’s your job family. Strategy makes the most closer to $350k for a SM. Lowest end for the same level of experience is operations in the same city it would be closer to $190k. Most of Accenture sits in consulting or technology which is around $220-300 for SM.
Whats the actual work you do in strategy? I wonder
