High volume, high stress, low pay unless you own the firm. Most people tend to get burned out doing it

The worst practice. You will chase people to get them to pay their debt. Sorry being so blunt. The salary in this practice is not that great. The positive thing is that you will learn a great deal. Your will learn superior negotiating skills and more.

I want to quit and give myself a couple months to find a new job and enjoy my life. Someone told me I need to approach my reason for leaving sensitively as I don't want to ruin my connections and references. Any tips?
