Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

You can get it started, you have to push for it. Also, please note that PwC law isn't great so keep following up and reviewing everything they do. They make mistakes, take a lot of time sometimes so you have to be basically after them to get your stuff done.
Talk to HR and your RL, they can initiate the process once you have completed one year. They go case by case and if your RL pushes for it then it doesn’t matter if you have 3 years left on H1B or 4.
You need to have worked at the firm 3 years as a senior and your current visa (i.e. H1B) remaining 3.5 years for them to start the process. I would reach out to your HR. They usually check on your eligibility for you.

Are you sure? I’ve already been on H1b for almost two years. Another 3 years would put me to a total of 5 out of 6 years of total H1b time, just for them to start the process. Just sounds ridiculous/ too risky, that’s all.
PwC started my process one year after I joined the firm (as a senior, though). But yes, reach out to HR and they will be able to check requirements/ start the process for you. Keep your RL in the loop as well. Good luck!
This is ridiculous. Reach out to your partner, talent consultant. As per their own FAQ document, I believe you need to be there with the firm for over a year and is usually triggered when you have 3.5 years remaining on the visa. If PwC is not initiating for whatever reason, time to look elsewhere. I personally talked about this with my partner and talent consultant and got it started when I had around 3 years left on h1. Hope it helps.
