I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

You can accept and decline later and typically doesn’t effect if you do. I’ve accepted multiple jobs and then declined waiting on other offers and the ones I’ve declined I’ve been offered to still come back if things don’t work out.
I don't want them to be upset with me when I withdraw - IF I do. I've heard multiple people on reddit say its not a good practice.
Also I'm just a new grad hire, not like they NEED me or anything. I'm pretty expendable so they might think blacklisting me is no big deal.
*also the spelling/ grammar errors in my post are not indicative of my intelligence but moreso my anxiety.
I would accept and then decline later, if a better job comes through, with a polite message that a better opportunity arose for your career
People do it all the time at B4, it's no big deal
