I have got an offer for Malaysia from HTC Global for 42 LPA in Indian currency. I have got an offer from alstom, Bangalore in hand as well for 27 LPA. I think if I get an offer in India for around 32-35 LPA, i should prefer staying in India but I need 1-2 months of time to be in that position. HTC is pushing for sending passport as they need to get it stamped. Any suggestions from anyone on how to handle this scenario?

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in.
