What is the best way to go about asking your manager about different compensation schedules that besides being hired a month apart are considerably different? I am currently making 109k TC while my colleague who has only been with the company a month longer is making 150k TC, same work, project, and performance reviews. The only difference is that their salary is based more on performance in their calculation.
