Depends where your package is if already in level salary range then 20% from L8 to L9 and 15% from L9 to L10. If you are not in level salary range then expect more. For L9 salary range is 10.5 to 24 LPA and L10 is between 15-30 LPA.

24 LPA is max for L09 in range.if you are internal candidate at L08 having 20 LPA. They would give 24LPA on becoming L09. Question was for internal movement. Nowadays I have seen L09 getting hired at 18-20 LPA. At L09 I was earning 21LPA. I was there for 3 yrs in L09 before moving to L10.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄
