If you’re a campus hire then 95% chance there will be no technical questions. If you’re an experienced associate then I can see some basic ones i.e what are the JEs to record a sale
No technical questions for experienced hires. But they would ask about your previous experiences and the most complex audit issues that you have faced in your past job.
Yup, AS1 covered... most B4 is entirely personality and culture fit. Although as an experienced senior I did have a SM at D ask me two super basic questions because “they were asked of her back in the day”
1. What’s the natural balance of AR
2. If you are adding to a receivable account, what would the other account type likely be in the transaction
To be an experienced senior you need to know this? Lol sign me up
If you are a normal human being you’ll be fine
So, I'm abnormal?

I don’t think people will ask technical question to a campus hire. I wasn’t getting technical questions when interviewed experienced senior position either

Well if they ask about your hashtag usage, you will nail that portion of the exam 👍

If you’re a campus hire, it should be all behavioral. Getting an offer now a days is completely determined by if the interview people like you. I’ve helped with recruiting over the years and I’ve even seen the HR docks used to give out offers. I’ve seen partners write “had a great convo, seems cool. I recommend an offer.” Ive also seen “felt like I was leading the convo and had to really strain to get answer. Lack communication skills. No offer.”
