One of my favorite things is that I literally changed the life of someone by hiring them when they really had no HR experience… That person blossomed and now went to a different department in operations , but hespretty high up in the company now:)…. That’s my testament to transferable skills :-)

Aww that’s so lovely to hear, it’s great giving people a chance, even with no experience that’s how you learn and grow😊
I enjoy helping people. I know we are supposed to be looking out for the company's interest, but I use my skills and knowledge of our policies to do what I can for our employees. And I take pride in that.

That’s a lovely thing to say, always a good gesture to help colleagues out 😊
Agree with the above post. Its great whe you can make someone's day a little bit easier or ease something they're worried about.

Yes defiantly, and some days that could be the best thing to help somebody along with their day! 😊
I assisted with a program that is outside my normal HR duties. I recently spoke with someone who had been homeless for many years. She talked about her experiences, and my heart went out to her. I have never met someone without a home. I have always heard about it but never thought about it because I had no experience with it. Her situation made me look at things a little differently.
