Once more, QVA isn't credited in July's salary... 🤷🤦
This time, they sent a broadcast mail saying it will be credited in Aug's payslip.

Received an offer from another company with a salary increase of about 25%. I’d like to not leave my current company. How to approach my boss in the most polite way and hoping for a raise?

I have left LTI 3 months back .. started career there as trainee and served 7 Years.

The switch was due to less salary...However after 3 months I got call from recruiter ( from Naukri) asking I am interested to appear for LTI interview with higher package.

Is it good to join same company again after 3 months..I have many good connections there and there are high chances i may crack it easily..

I recently joined a new company. They have a policy of paying salary in first week of the month. They require a salary acc from specific bank which I didn’t have.

Acc creation took time from their end so they asked my personal acc details. Now it has been way more than first week. But I haven’t received my salary yet. So technically they’ve breached their own contract/policy.

Is there any action I can take? HR have been neglecting and sloppy. What are my options?

I’m an associate product manager at a company i’ve been at for 2 years, but have been an APM for 1 year. I’m at the point where I feel like i’m doing the exact work a PM would do (I’ve shipped 4 features from start to finish on my own) and i’m typically assigned larger features than the other PMs because they’re newer and don’t know the end user or product as well as I do. I always get massive praise from leadership as well. Why haven’t I been promoted yet? is it still too early?

I don't think the hybrid workforce thing is going to work and will probably struggle along longer than it should. Weigh in?
