What is the standard time for visa transfer to a new firm. I’m trying to get out of EY and it’ll require a H-1B transfer. Are there a lot of RFEs?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️
