What is the US shift timings in PWC ac? And what is the shift allowance? HR only mentioned that you will follow US timings

I used a tool at my last company that worked tremendously well in helping me resolve conflict with a co-worker and I would love to bring it into my new company - its an Ombuds platform.

Any suggestions on how to make this happen? Has anyone done this before - brought in a tool to your new company that you've used before?
