Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

Ideally you land between: $98 - 105K+
On average you see: $88K - 95K
Increasingly common: $75K - 85k
Typical factors include: Experienced hire A vs Campus hire, COL, group within Consulting, A2 vs A3 promote, ranking(high performer/higher contributor) and niche skillset.
As D1 said there’s “no such thing as usual”, I asked the same question before in the KPMG bowl and got tons of responses like K1. I ended up with 36%, A2 > SA1; you can figure out why I got that much.

No such thing as usual - depends if you are on the lower-end, middle-end, or higher-end of the band in your current level. If you are at a higher-end you may not get much of a bump because you may already be at the middle-end of the new level.
I went from 82k -> 102k
Exp Hire
Typical Big 4, happens to most where you are on a long project and become stagnant
That's the thing, what is lower end, middle end etc. 70 as an associate should be on the lower end for that group i assume
Depends on a lot of factors, but typically 15-20% on average. Can be more and can be less depending on your situation.
Mine was 11% because I was on the higher end when I was hired from industry
Thanks for the answers! Much appreciated
