Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Can’t speak on other people’s interaction with her, but she reached out to me on LI regarding an ACD role. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for but she does indeed respond!
You don’t call yourself a nice human being. That’s for others to say (if it’s true). There already is a massive red flag for me.
The other one I notice is "one of the perks of the job is working with me". I know it's silly fun in most cases, but for some, it feels like they're not joking.
Or they've smoked their own supply and think their agency is some godsend.

I don’t take it personally when they ghost, I'm aware their world doesn’t revolve around me and I’m just one of many in their inbox. Maybe give people some grace? You’re not perfect either. What does “do you have the hcp we are looking for” even mean? Hcp experience?
You need to be holding a target healthcare provider (hcp) of an appropriate demographic hostage.
She’s solid. She got me an interview at some pharma shop about 8–9 years ago. The pharma shop ultimately didn’t pick me, which was not her fault.
If you're posting the same 'call for writers' every few weeks, you're not solid. Make authentic connections, and keep a list. Stupid simple.

She reached out to me a few weeks ago and set up an interview for me but ultimately the ECD wanted someone with more experience. The other jobs she had weren't interesting to me so I passed on interviewing with other teams. Didn't seem like there were THAT many open roles to me and didn't have any issues with her

Not her fault. Endless stop and go of positions, where the agencies think they have them and can support them, then the rug is pulled out from under them from the network
