Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

It's hard to know, but I guess an obvious category would be anything that involves original thought. I've heard skeptics say that because AI "learns" by scraping the web, it's always essentially looking backward and can't ever be considered cutting edge. I think that's debatable, but it does tee up some things to think about.

Humanoids are a bit away. But once we get there , no job is AI proof
I think doctors are kinda safe, in near future. People who are into relationship management , sales, management in general should be OK. People who rely more on their soft skills for doing their job.
Tax returns. There is no way AI bot can prepare a complex tax return. Internal Revenue Code is not black and white, it's gray. A human will always be needed to interpret the code and to communicate with the client.
Humanoid maintenance. Servicing the robots
Go to business school and start your own business or at least you can be in management to train the humanoids. AI and technology will take over everything. I thought waiting tables would be safe from that stuff until COVID hit and proved that really the only people who were needed were the cooks.

I've seen things that have given me pause such as various robots playing musical instruments.
The human hand is hard to replicate, but that doesn't mean that the robot can't be designed to get around this limitation.

Be a plumber or electrician. Unless houses start getting manufactured, I don’t see those jobs being automated.
Leadership. Those that understand AI and can lead others through this transformation (and the next, and the one after that)... this is the future. We need more visionary people leaders to truly lead those who will be using the tools. This is the future.
