I have a dilemma. I lead a recruiting team in a consulting group and we are having trouble meeting our numbers. We are under pressure to deliver and we have been working together to make our numbers grow. Today I find out that one of the recruiters went to HR to say I have been pressuring them too much. I have a lead on my team who I discussed this with who doesn’t think there has been pressure at all. Suggestions ? I don’t know who the person is.

Would it look bad to ask the HM to space out interviews? Going to have 4 back to back, worried I won’t have time to even debrief and think to myself for a minute?

Help me understand what is customary for an onboarding processing time these days. I accepted an offer a week ago with a start date in two weeks. Its been one week with no mail or links to get the background and onboarding in motion. I have reached out to both the recruiter on Friday and the hiring manager. Crickets.

I’ve heard that recruiters prefer one page resumes over two page, but how do you fit everything on one page if you have over 10 years experience and worked at more than a handful of companies? I’ve seen people squeeze things into one page with 10pt font and barely any blank space..is that preferred over two pages?! Lol

I had my 2nd interview with the program manager this Monday. I sent a thank you email following afternoon (Tuesday) and I sent a follow up email this morning. HR thanked me and said they forwarded my email. Are my follow ups too soon? PM did say the latest I’ll hear back would be prior to Sept.

I have received job offer from KPMG UK. They are running background check on my immediate two employers. They have out source this to third party vendor. I have employment gap of 6 months. Agency is asking me to write a letter explain my situation in those 6 months. I was actively applying for jobs and appearing for interviews during those 6 months. I got offer from tcs but infy has agreed to match the offer. I have took back my resignation, but I don't fully trust them and can be sure only when hike letter comes in July.

TCS offer letter has no joining date specified, just that I can select a start date on acceptance of the offer. Also says that if I don't join within 120 days offer is void.

Now, can I accept the offer but select joining date in October and if my hike letter is not as promised, resign again and join tcs after 90 days NP?

In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.
