What r the fine prints for PMP certificate? How do they verify your work experience? Do you have to have the PM title to be considered? What if one has done the pm job but title was creative manager instead of PM?

I have just got an options trader job at a prop trading firm. But I knew nothing about options/trading/finance. The firms said they’ll be officially training us once we start. But in the meantime, what are some books/resources that you would recommend to start learning first?

With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. There’s a practice group that I’ve been trying to find work in but whenever I volunteer to help, I always get roped in to do non billable work.
