What range for a base salary should I expect as a senior product manager at a series B FinTech?

In general, how do you negotiate salary? Do you give salary expectations at certain % higher than you realistically want / know the market is at? Do you explain your reasoning or just shoot your shot?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. Curious as to how many deals at once is typical for a first year associate to take on (M&A, mostly private equity clients). Deal size is lower middle market and I’ve worked on deals ranging from $1-$110M. 2 deals at once is plenty for me, but it seems like my peers are able to take on more than that at once and still do fine. I have a final round interview tomorrow for an Associate Product Manager role. The interview is with the Director of Engineering and VP of Product Management.

Any idea of what questions I could expect and/or anything I should look out for in particular?

HR said it will be similar to my first round interview which was with two senior product managers. They asked questions around my background, working style, product methodologies knowledge etc.
