Being good at actually concepting and understanding human behavior and insights. Having ideas. You have to do what AI can’t do. AI will never have an original idea. AI is a recycling plant.

A lot of it will be the precision of your critical thinking and insights. I find that AI usually gets the basics right, but misses out on the nuances that often make something special.

Any advice on how to leverage current interviews for more? I’m deep into a process at one firm but would like a couple more irons in the fire.

For context I’m mid-level, coming from consulting, and current process was reactive to an agency. Haven’t done any other leg work.
