M1, I really hope that's a joke or you were a more expensive hire (mba / industry)
55% but I was vastly underpaid and didn't have an MBA
Not a joke ..
Best of Luck OP - I've found it usually works out eventually. I'm as impatient as the next person though
3% - Rating 5
18%
I was an experienced hire, and maybe for EY standards i was a little high. But i was pretty sure i comp was in the normal range when compared to other firms.
Rated 5 - 20%
22%
Rated 4, 7.5% raise. I was expensive they said.
Rated 4, 13%
43%
0% increase. And I was told I shouldn't expect one for two years. Nice bonus though
M2 hopefully that's the boat I'm in! 5 rated multiple years in a row and am def underpaid compared to lower performing peers @ the firm
4.5% and 4 ranking when I got the bump to mgr
D. folks - where is the info on promotion % raise and bonus?
What if you dont want to be manager? Can they make you? (3rd year senior asking)
Yes you have to ask for it
C to M at Accenture = 47% (exp. hire, below avg. pay prior to promo). M to SM at EY = tbd (awaiting comp info in next 1-2 weeks)
S1 you can but be aware you will be counseled out
