Pipeline is typically a list of opportunities at different stages of the capture process. Like I might say “I have 10 deals in the pipeline but only two that we know will get released this year.” Some deals in a pipeline might be very immature - eg a lot of shaping is needed. Others might have a high degree of maturity and we even have a draft SOWx and some might even have proposals submitted that we are waiting to hear back on. All of those would still be considered pipeline.

You would think it would be straightforward, but most practices have their own magic definitions for pipelines. It’s reasonable to ask the definition and process for pipeline and if there are any other stages( e.g pro- forma).

Single and childless but would like kids. High income and maxing out all tax advantaged accounts I can but was thinking of starting a 529 in my own name to be transferred to future kids. If I don’t have kids maybe transfer it to my nephew. Thoughts, pros, cons?

I’ve been having a super hard time concepting lately, especially knowing that the “concept” will mostly serve as a sticker to slap on the cover of a CVA and the top of a website. I feel like every pharma concept I’ve ever seen or created becomes so cheesy once it appears in tactics. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
