If you’re working with a recruiter, you could ask them what to expect for the format. If no recruiter, you could ask the person who’s been coordinating your interviews at the firm. It’s rude not to give a short description of what to expect from the process, imo.
Just guessing, without knowing what you’ve already done, probably an interview with firm’s managing partner, additional conversations with ~2 other partners, and 2-4 “vibes check” conversations with senior associates and a paralegal. If it goes well, I wouldn’t be surprised if you leave the office with an offer in hand.
