Rankings were always meaningless - when I was applying (over 10 years ago at this point) everyone was making GeorgeTTTown jokes b/c UCLA technically made it into the USNRW T14.
At the end of the day, there’s HYS, T14, and maybe T6 and T20 if you really insist. Everything else is regional. Reputation in your target job market always matters more than numerical ordering.
Man, I included T6 reference basically as a joke, but I suppose I should have expected to see the new generation of law students neurotically hairsplitting the T14 even more than I thought was possible. Well done.

Why happened? Cooley in the top 10?
Schools decided test scores and statistics weren't inclusive so the system broke.
Woke law school administrators also banded together to stop reporting data to US News.
Law schools got tired of fighting each other for top LSAT scores.

A lot of schools stopped providing data. I think US News is flying blind and having to guesstimate for many of these ranks.
Funny when Dookies think they're competitive.
It doesn’t matter. Schools are regional and reputational. A university of Georgia grad will have better prospects in Atlanta then a USC grad when there’s 20x more alumni in the market. Everything is relative and depends on the market you are in.

You mean Duke and Harvard aren’t the same?
Remember: an alma mater ranking isn’t and should never be a personality or define anyone’s capabilities or self worth. I hope more people start realizing this (unless this is wishful thinking lol).
