Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Sell it like you made it. You don’t need to go into the design details, brush over them like they’re there and they’re working. Most of time no one hangs on the specifics of what you say anyway, just how you explain it. Good luck!

Don’t do that thing some people do to disclaim their own short comings which is “I don’t really know; I didn’t work on this”. Sell the shit out of it! You’ve got this
Just give it a good go.
Will only get more common. Find time to prep. Even if just 20 min. Anticipate the questions and fake it.
Practice practice practice. And don't be afraid to ask other team members to chime in to "add more color" in areas that you are a bit less familiar with
