What things have become politicized in ways that we can all agree are harmful to either society and/or democracy?

I'll go first:

- vaccines and vaccination for children

- gerrymandering and how political districts are defined (I understand that this has been political for a long time and both parties do it, but it feels like something that could just be more logically and legally "set" somehow, so the system can't be "gamed" all of the time)
