Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Hello fishes,i have two offers, one is from Cognizant- Senior Associate for 22LPA(fixed) and EY GDS - Assurance, Technical Lead (rank 42) for (23 Lpa + 10% Variable). Which one should I choose? Expecting better Work life balance is priority. I'm into .Net full stack development. (6 yoe). Please help who knows about EY Gds bangalore and CTS Coimbatore. Cognizant

I’ve had both great and terrible female bosses, as well as male bosses.
I learn more from female mentors than I do from female supervisors.

I place value on leadership skills, regardless whether man/woman. I’ve had both good and bad bosses in my 30 year career.
The worst ever was a mean-girl type who played favorites (to the point of “assigned seats” to ensure only certain people sat next to her in meetings or at dinners). That created clear in/out designations for the cool kids club.
I don’t think the gender makes a huge difference. Unless it does to you - which it sounds like it might. Tread carefully
I have to agree with this but would add a few caveats: IMO, having a female boss is not as important as being in an organization that has a strong presence of female exe leadership (not just HR) and senior leaders who will advocate for your advancement regardless of gender.
It's incredibly empowering! For me personally, it brings a fresh perspective and fosters a supportive work environment, which I find it hard to find under a male boss.. I love the collaborative approach and the emphasis on communication that many female leaders embody. Plus, it’s inspiring to see women breaking barriers and leading the way—it's a great reminder that we can all thrive together.
I wouldn’t place any value on them being female. It’s about how they treat those around them, their philosophy on the job, and the type of leader they are. For example, if they talk down to others, it’s a no. If their philosophy is that work is more important than everything else, it’s a no. Gender doesn’t matter in my experience
I’ve had both and don’t have an issue with either. Either way you still have to navigate misogyny (internalized or not). Most people aren’t self-aware enough to identify when they’re being misogynistic. While both had been great sponsors, women’s feedback was more social/leadership focused while the men’s was more business focused.
Think if it bothers you now, you should go with the other offer.
One of my best bosses was a woman. One of the absolute worst bosses I’ve had is a woman. The longest boss I’ve had and is my second favorite manager is a man. Go for the fit on the personality, not the gender.
