I got Botox (forehead) for the first time this weekend. It’s starting to kick in and I really don’t like how my forehead feels so tight when I try to use my brow muscles, it’s a weird sensation. Does this feeling go away? Or do you get used to it? It’s not painful just strange.

My skin has always been a little dry. I’ve used plain coconut oil on my face for years (as a moisturizer) but recently stopped because my fave would just get red after application. Not itchy but I definitely felt like my skin was reacting. Any suggestions for non-acne related calming face washes or moisturizers?

I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in.
