I’ll plug us, specifically our global team. The local markets are iffy but the global salesforce team has been awesome for me. Plus we get a lot of the best projects because Salesforce plugs us with clients because we the second/third largest firm for ACV
Correct. Member of a local market practice here. Leaving for Accenture soon. I wish I had been in the global team.
Salesforce is probably up there as well. We have the best overall pay/benefits around and obviously we know who all of our customers are... We are pretty picky about the pro serv projects we bid and there's a continuing upswing of importance Salesforce is putting on services.

Why aren't y'all applying as Program/Technical/Solution/Business Architects?
I’d just like to vote that most of our salesforce practice is hot garbage, most talent has left for better wlb / $$.
Can confirm w/ P1. Left PwC without fully understanding how hot the garbage was there until moving on
I’m leaving Accenture, but it’s clear Accenture is the #1 firm in terms of salesforce implementations
How is Accenture different from AFS, are they not part of the same organization ?
PolSource is a leading Platinum SF partner doing interesting work with great logos in North America and EMEA across Sales, Revenue (CPQ & Billing), Marketing, and Service/FSL clouds. We are poised to be a top 5 global SI with a strong leadership team and excellent WLB.
We are aggressively hiring across multiple roles due to explosive growth, so feel free to send me a DM if you are interested in learning more.
This might be true but you're also a behmoth now. Difficult to differentiate polsource/epam vs ACC,Deloitte,PWC, IBM etc...

For a smaller firm option, Silverline has been great to work with
I have heard too many things about botched implementations, lowball proposals and “death by a thousand change orders” at Silverline.
PolSource - tell me more
Accenture 2...feel free to DM me
Check out https://fionta.com/about/careers/
Small firm with start up vibe - focus on implementing salesforce for non profit org. My friend works there and she said it’s very rewarding with great WLB.

M1, NPO = great WLB, but $

I am starting thinking someone will nominate WITCH as the best place for salesforce consulting.😆
I worked at a WITCH -
SF1...time will tell, but initial indications are BAU with PolSource benefiting from things like buying power of a larger organization. Customers should not see a difference in the work. I think that what really differentiates PolSource are the people and leadership. Having been around the consulting block this is nothing like Accenture.
Slalom is chill. I left for a lesser known firm, more chill, and more money but Slalom had cooler people
Slalom 1: True. Leadership is lacking. Markets growing too fast. Lack of incentives to see beyond the market.
Bluewolf, an IBM company is up there
Nah all the blue wolf talent jumped within the first year of the the acquisition. It’s now just GBS with different Branding
