I work remotely in a LCOL making 130K total comp and I have been interviewing the past few months but it seems like the average base is 130-150 + 15-20k bonus which requires relocation and hybrid. Also I couldn’t get selected for senior managers role although I’ve been a manager for almost 3 years. I know it’s not uncommon that some people are promoted to SM within 2 years.
