I got about 190 + 80 a couple years ago
FI, yearly bonus and a small percentage was stock
C2 means little without YoE. Some of the numbers being floated here make me think it’s potentially post-mba crowd or lucky breaks.
Can’t imagine too many $200k+ industry offers going around for someone with 3 YoE atm with the saturated market for consultants.
If your pre-MBA experience was relevant and good, then 200k+ seems like a good target. 250k would be a great offer. 300k+ would be an excellent offer. It’s a tough market atm

I took an exit at 200k TC in a MCOL city last year. Had a higher offer at ~220k but I was optimizing for WLB.
