I am being underpaid and i know it.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

What should be the fixed pay I should be asking for?

#1 one of company hr shared just salary breakup(annexure-2) #2 asked me treat this is formal offer letter (this is our standard process :) ) #3 Initiate resignation process. #4.1 Share resignation email with co. hr. #4.2 HR will share appointment letter.

The past two years I have been training new employees training courses that last 5 weeks. So I get interviewed and they keep me in a queue for a month. Then call me to tell me that I was selected. A year ago I moved to an HCOL area to accept a new position, however, I do not go into the office daily. I just go whenever my team needs to be in office. Was wondering has anyone moved out of an HCOL area to save money on rent and was it frowned upon when your firm found out? With inflation and rent going up I’m considering moving 3 hours away where rent is half the cost I’m paying now.
