$180-$250 base.

I'd imagine more with a SVP title. Then at the very top is it low too? What's the range of EVP or CSO in media these days? I keep hearing that its media where all the (client's) monies are at!

I thought the base would have been in the $220k range but maybe not. TIA

Not exactly sure what decision to make. I’m leaning more towards EY because of title upgrade, comp package and the nature of the work but I’m also scared because of WLB and culture concerns. EY PwC
