Seeking tips and tricks on how successfully negotiate part time PA work. I’m a burned out full time mom that’s lost passion for the PA life. I can’t afford to become a SAHM but I can afford to cut my salary in half. I need 30 hour weeks and something that’s not so mentally hard. Right now my job is to develop automation solutions and it takes a lot of brain power. Are there part time cpa jobs? It seems like a 🦄 request and the options are either PA 55 hr weeks or scanning groceries?

Walgreens offered 50K sign on bonus and I asked for 10K extra to accept offer and move to another city for 2 years. They accepted my request.

Hi Fishes - Recently I got offer from SAP labs
YOE - 14 years
Tech stack - Java, AWS, devops & microservices
Current CTC - 20 LPA (current year appraisal is pending).
SAP offer TCTC - 54.4 LPA
Fixed - 36.5 + 6.5 variable+4 joining Bonus+1.6 stocks per year.
Benefits - 5.8 (higher education is 5 lakhs which is almost useless).

USA offer is 85k USD, however it is not from my current company. It is from consultancy. So, I need to bear insurance myself.

I am interested in a clinical manager position for my company that performs utilization reviews for skilled nursing facilities. Currently I am clinical coordinator performing those reviews but I want to move into management. What type of salary can I expect.

Curious to get an idea of where my company compares regarding compensation. I am one of a team of 5 advisors dedicated to about 6500 individual clients and $2.97Billion in client assets. Each one of us is fully licensed (7,66 and insurance), and I hold my 24. My base is $80k with a VC target of 40% of base salary. Goals are mostly made up of client satisfaction surveys, asset additions, and retention. I feel that we are grossly underpaid for the role, but not sure exactly how that compares.

Has anyone ever tried going for therapy without knowing exactly what they’re trying to fix? I don’t think I have any diagnosable problems (to my knowledge), but I get caught up in my own head sometimes and get bogged down with anxiety/ self-esteem issues. Coaching leader on factors influencing KPIs.

I had a chat with my business partner, and he’s said the team is complaining about the KPIs that are too far of a stretch.

I then suggested him to unpack that a bit more. When one is not hitting their KPIs, there could be many factors.

My initial view is that it could be true but we also have to look at CAPABILITY, TECHNOLOGY, WAYS OF WORKING etc before assuming our KPI is not set up right.

I am going in for a loop for the Senior Engagement Manager role in Proserve and I am being asked for a range for TC. I understand that the TC in amazon is a combination of base + sign-on + RSU that vest over 4 years. Keeping that in mind what should I say my range should be? I do not want to low ball it either.
