Throwing this out there. My company was recently acquired and I was laid off yesterday. Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

My home had some water damage last year (water heater was leaking), so I had to do some repairs and took care of most of the work myself. If I refi, will my home have to pass an inspection?

I have offer from Paypal and Acc*ure.
Acce*ure is direct employment and Paypal - I need to work with Collabera firm for 1-2 years then Paypal will make me as permanent employee based on my performance. Paywise both are perfect now, but when Paypal hires as its own employee they will provide 40% more than Collabera, which is 50-50 chance.

In terms of career, Paypal will definitely increase my learning curve. Accenture, I'm not sure.
