I given interview for iqvia and cleared all rounds even salary discussion now yet to get offer letter when I called hr they are telling it pending with global approval from past 30 days .Is iqvia process really slow.

How do I tell a firm I screened with that another firm I screened with is moving forward with full rounds? I would prefer the former firm, even though the latter firm is ranked higher. Thanks for any advice
