I recently accepted a job that I quite overqualified for because I’m in need of a job. I got hired as a Marketing Manager and work directly with the Marketing Director. Come to find out my director is still in school and has absolutely no marketing experience. She’s been with the company for 4 months. They seem to want to utilize my complete skills set and make up for her lack of marketing knowledge but maintain her position as director and pay me a entry level marketing manager salary. Advice?

Would anyone recommend or share a side hustle that would complement a banker’s 8-5 M-F schedule? As of now, I do an hour DoorDash before work and after work I do DoorDash and Instacart for a couple hours. I do this as well on the weekends targeting about $200-300 a week since I am in a really small market. I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr).
