The amount of revenue I've generated for my clients. For context, most of them are small-ish businesses, doing anywhere from $1M - $10M in annual sales. On average, email is accounting for 35-40% of all sales. This isn't an incredible figure by any means - there are brands and agencies out there clocking 50%+ - but seeing them hit those numbers when some accounts were starting with 0 email presence still feels validating. I try to remind myself of it whenever I start feeling imposter syndrome setting in.

You should get better at hyping yourself up! For me, I've been proud of how much I've been improving. I got the feedback at the beginning of the year that I was making too many errors and stressing other people out, lol. I've been working really hard at being more careful and mindful about the content that I make, and I'm actually noticing big improvements. So is my manager.
My research on brand suggestions for gen z got VP level viewership and I was proud!

If you’re too humble to hype yourself ask some of your close colleague for feedback. Specifically, what you’re doing well? You find a pattern which will help your narrative. It’ll also build some evangelists.
