Nothing new. You’re just formally signing the contract that you’d work minimum 2days a week from office. If you violate this contract then company can take necessary action against you just like any other compliance related contract.
Nothing to worry about. If you violate then your line manager will be contacted first and with a proper justification you will be waived off.
Here PROPER JUSTIFICATION is important.

Up to your entity manager my friend. I request you to not to play around with the compliance especially if your organisation is a bank. Golden rule is follow what your manager follows and what he/she ask you or your team to follow.
It may impact your year end in worst case and in worstest case termination.
I am not trying to scare you but trying to show you the reality of the PVT LTD companies. Nobody will be able to save you in case of anything going against you.
Always maintain a good professional etiquette in order to grow in any private sector company. That would be my 2 cents. I’m not going to reply to this thread anymore. Thanks.
