what’s the all-in compensation for MD at Accenture Strategy? specifically looking for their levels designated “CL3” and “CL2”.

For strategy general ranges total comp are:
CL3: 500-800
CL2: 750-1.4

Like Pr1 said, much of this depends on stock and variable comp / incentive plans

helpful

I’m a CL4 at Accenture Strategy. What about you? I think I have “a bit” more credibility than you

All in? Anywhere from $500-1+. The stock and bonus is a huge component of the all in pay.

Thanks. If considering eventual offers for either of those levels, any good ballpark on cash versus non-cash breakout of these figures?

I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!

Is it totally weird to request another meeting after getting a job offer to make sure it's a right fit? 🤔

I've noticed that sometimes I still have lingering questions. ❔

I've been burnt out by toxic work environments, so I don't want to make another mistake. 🙄

How would you handle this logistics of this meeting? (Timing - after the offer but with time before you start? How to phrase the reason why?)

Thanks! 🔅☺️

Currently I pay $1900 for a brand new & modern 1BHK in the Greater NYC area. Moving to SF later this year. Any recommendations on how much to budget for SF? Will be working in Downtown area & currently got a car. I am little bit divided on whether to sell the car or move it to SF.

Looking for a good neighbourhood and ok with 30 minute commute to work.

/x-post from the Consulting Bowl/

Hello, Partners. Can anyone recommend fantastic courses, videos or training for a new manager like myself? I’ve come from a tech background and looking to be C-Suite

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?
